Clifford W. “Chip” Cleveland, II, is a lifelong resident of Prattville, Alabama, with the exception of his college years. Chip was educated in the public schools of Autauga County. He graduated from Auburn University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. While at Auburn, Chip served as president of his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, for two consecutive terms. Following graduation from Auburn University, Chip entered law school at the University of Alabama and graduated in 1997 with a Juris Doctor degree.
After graduating from law school and passing the Alabama State Bar Examination, Chip was admitted to the practice of law in 1997. He has enjoyed a successful career in law for the past 16 years. Chip has earned a reputation for being extremely prepared for his casework, for a total commitment to his clients and their wellbeing, and for aggressively pursuing litigation.
Chip’s civic endeavors include Prattville Kiwanis Club (past president), Autauga County Heart Association (past president) and River Region United Way. Other affiliations include the American Bar Association, Autauga County Bar Association, Southeastern Livestock Exposition, Alabama Cattlemen’s Association and Autauga County Cattlemen’s Association (past president).
In addition to Chip’s busy law practice, he is active in a commercial beef operation on his farm in Autauga County. He has a passion for farming and also enjoys hunting, boating and spending time with his family. Chip and his wife, Kayla, have two sons. Jake is a freshman at Auburn University and Ford is a freshman at Montgomery Academy. The family attends Prattville First United Methodist Church.
