Victoria practiced family law and mass torts before coming to work at the firm. Her focus areas now include motor vehicle negligence cases, premises liability, slip and falls and civil litigation. Victoria is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Alabama as well as in Federal Court in the Northern District of Alabama. Victoria is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, having served on the CLE Committee and the Pro Bono Committee, the Alabama Association for Justice and an executive member of the National Trial Lawyers Women Trial Lawyer Association.
When she is not in the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, fellow Shunnarah attorney Ryan Charles, and their young son, highly competitive board game nights and representing pro bono clients from the Birmingham Bar Volunteer Lawyer’s Program.
