Meet Attorney

Paul Peel

Of Counsel

about

Paul has been fighting for the underdog since his legal career began almost 25 years ago. He has taken on big insurance companies and global corporations in court through litigation and class actions across the nation. A native of Mississippi, Paul understands the plight of hurt families and is tireless in his legal fight to protect them.

In his class action practice, Paul has brought justice and compensation to hundreds of thousands of consumers for dangerous and defective automobiles and consumer hardware and home improvement products, including a national ladder company whose products caused injury and death. Paul has recovered tens of millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.

His fight for justice for those wronged and hurt by bad actors and bad companies continues today in Tennessee and Mississippi.

We founded our practice on the belief that the 7th amendment and the civil jury system is the best means to provide compensation to injured parties and deter wrongdoers from injuring others in the future.
