Meet Attorney

Michael Stallings

Attorney I Of Counsel

about

Michael is a trial lawyer in our Pensacola office and licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and Alabama, including Alabama Federal District Courts and the Northern District of Florida.

Michael grew up in Pensacola, Florida where he attended Pine Forest High School. For college, he decided to stay in the Pensacola area and attended the University of West Florida. In college, Michael discovered his love for the law and was an advocate and captain of his school’s mock trial team. Michael then attended the University of Alabama for law school where he obtained his juris doctorate.

Michael began his legal practice in Birmingham, Alabama, but returned to his hometown of Pensacola, Florida in 2017. Prior to joining Alexander Shunnarah, Michael represented both plaintiffs and insurance  companies in a variety of cases, including premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, wage and hour litigation, and first party property insurance disputes. Michael’s desire to represent individuals in need of help, rather than defending large corporations, led him to joining Alexander Shunnarah.

In his free time, Michael enjoys watching football and basketball, practicing yoga, and traveling.

We founded our practice on the belief that the 7th amendment and the civil jury system is the best means to provide compensation to injured parties and deter wrongdoers from injuring others in the future.
