I have over 20 years of litigation experience representing clients in a variety oflegal matters, with a special emphasis on personal injury matters, and am admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. I joined Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in October 2020.
My legal accomplishments are a product of my tireless work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail and preparation which, when combined with my personable demeanor make my interactions with clients, colleagues, adversaries, jurors and judges congenial and effective. I am extremely comfortable in a courtroom having successfully tried cases, drafted and argued motions and appeals, and negotiated numerous six figure settlements on behalf of my clients. I believe much of my success is fueled by my experience working for both insurance defense and plaintiff’s firms, enabling me to analyze each fact pattern from all angles and develop a litigation strategy tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each case, so that I can get the best result for my client.
I speak some Spanish and am able to communicate at a basic level withSpanish speaking clients.
When not practicing the law, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and two children. I also enjoy playing and coaching hockey, riding the Peloton and in the past, have completed two marathons and a number of half marathons.My participation in the 2006 Boston Marathon was asa member of theBrigham and Women’s Hospital Charity Team.
