After spending 13 years defending corporations, I decided it was time to fight for those who didn’t have as many resources and apply my skills to help them. I’m unrelenting in my pursuit of a settlement. I’ve been able to get settlements of up to $500, 000 in cases ranging from dog bites to assault and battery claims. I am an equity partner in Lightfoot, Franklin & Wihte LLC as well as a member of both the Alabama Association for Justice and Birmingham Bar Association. When I’m not helping my clients, I spend time with my wife and daughter. I’m on the board of directors for the Elizabeth Perry Rushton Child Development Center.
