Meet Attorney

Sean Lancey

about

Attorney Lancey joined Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys as a litigator in May 2022. He represents individuals and families for catastrophic injury, motor vehicle collisions, construction accidents, premises liability, negligent security, traumatic brain injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death suffered as a result of the negligent conduct of others. Sean handles all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation before district and superior courts in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, Sean spent more than a decade defending corporations and individuals from medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, construction accidents, and general tort claims brought against them. He has extensive trial experience having achieved outstanding results for his clients throughout the Commonwealth. Sean utilizes his prior defense experience to advocate for injured victims.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2010. He earned his undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross in 2004. 

He presently resides just south of Worcester, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children and looks forward to expanding the firm’s presence within the Worcester area and parts west.
