Chelsey's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. She then ventured to San Diego to pursue her law degree, earning a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. After graduating, Chelsey spent the initial 7 years of her career practicing law in California.

Her experience includes handling various civil issues such as automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims.
After a decade on the west coast, Chelsey made the decision to return to her Boston roots. Her motivation was to be closer to family and to support her beloved Boston sports teams.
