Thor Samuelson joined Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah with a clear mission: to be there for his clients when they need him most. Thor focuses his practice on personal injury law, handling car accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases. He has settled, mediated, and arbitrated cases with six-figure results, and approaches every matter — whether big or small — with the same level of care and dedication.
Thor's approach is rooted in communication and commitment. He and his team are always available for clients who need guidance, ensuring they understand their options at every stage of the process — from negotiating a settlement and pursuing alternative dispute resolution to taking a case all the way to trial. Thor is known for doing the work necessary to achieve the best possible result, including sending strategic demand letters, retaining the right experts, and going to court when it is in his client's best interest.
Originally from Colorado, Thor was offered a scholarship to New England Law Boston, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University (2018) and is admitted to the bar in both Massachusetts and Colorado. Thor also holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker's License, giving him a unique perspective in premises liability matters. Outside of work, Thor enjoys working out, golfing, fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
