Rachel Heinrichs is a personal injury associate at Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah's Boston office, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall/trip and fall cases, and products liability. Rachel's approach is passionate, honest, and deeply personalized — she believes that every client's case deserves careful, individualized attention from the very first conversation. She works to build trust through transparent, candid communication, ensuring clients always understand what comes next and never feel left in the dark.
What sets Rachel apart is how she channels her empathy into her advocacy. She takes the time to understand each client's unique situation and pain, and translates that into compelling, forceful negotiations against insurance companies. Rachel is also committed to the next generation of women in law — she recently served as a panelist for Northeastern University's Women and Pre-Law Society, sharing her experience and insight with aspiring female attorneys, and hopes to continue participating in those kinds of engagements.
Massachusetts born and raised, Rachel earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Bridgewater State University in 2019, and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2022. She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2023. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family and pets.
