Bailey Chokshi-Fox is a Senior Tort Attorney at Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah's Needham office, where she fights for clients in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, employment discrimination, and workers' compensation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Bailey is especially passionate about representing Spanish-speaking clients and ensuring they have full access to justice and feel whole again after a loss.
Bailey's track record reflects her skill and tenacity. She has secured a $250,000 settlement following a cervical spine fusion resulting from a motor vehicle accident, multiple policy-limit recoveries for pedestrians struck and seriously injured, and a $50,000 recovery against a major retailer for a slip and fall at the entrance due to weather conditions. She is also well-established in executing Section 15 petitions. Bailey is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is also a licensed notary public.
Bailey's approach is direct, hands-on, and deeply client-centered. She begins every case with an extensive phone call, provides clients with every way to reach her from the start, and actively helps connect them with medical providers to protect them from out-of-pocket expenses before recovery. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Bailey attended Suffolk University for both her undergraduate degree (2019) and her law degree (2022), and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2023. Outside of work, she supports LovenLight Pet Rescue, a Miami-based cat rescue organization, and enjoys cooking Indian food with her husband, hiking, rock climbing, playing board games, and stand-up comedy.
